We were notified the cost of our septic tank and pipe was going up, so our GC proactively ordered the supplies. We chose a 1,500 gallon plastic tank. The concrete tanks are cheaper, but the lids deteriorate with age as has happened to us on our property in California. We ordered enough pipe to extend to the driveway via the back area to put in an RV dump connection. 

This coming week they begin the pour on the front, side and rear patios.  The weather has been snowy and very cold delaying the pour. Next week we warm up to the 60s during the day and 30 at night.

Meanwhile, horses keep watch over their new neighbor's build.
