2-06-2022 Monoslab Photo and Patio Foundation

This week was slower than the last few weeks. The crew laid out the patio foundation and extensions beyond that outer perimieter. I asked that two 2" conduit chases be placed under the patio slab for low voltage cables and fuuture solar, and they of course, had to run the sewer/septic, water and pump power out of the perimiter of the slab. The front of the patio has structural footings that need to be constructed and rebar placed therin. Also to be poured will be the garage apron of 25 feet. 2-26-2022 Tanks Alot

We were notified the cost of our septic tank and pipe was going up, so our GC proactively ordered the supplies. We chose a 1,500 gallon plastic tank. The concrete tanks are cheaper, but the lids deteriorate with age as has happened to us on our property in California. We ordered enough pipe to extend to the driveway via the back area to put in an RV dump connection.  This coming week they begin the pour on the front, side and rear patios.  The weather has been snowy and very cold delaying the pour.
